It's hard to see but notice where the dot is. That is the center and circulation of Danny. Notice all the clouds east of the center. Those clouds need to wrap around the storm for it to strengthen.

The models were in disagreement but I think they might be starting to come together.

As you can see from the top two pictures the models seem to be coming into agreement. The 6z GFS and NAM did shift farther this morning. I think Danny will be more west than were Bill was and make it to a Cat. 1 hurricane when it's off the coast of the Outer Banks. It should stay off the coast but closer than Bill. I will have a full update tonight.
